The Barn - Downstairs is a 600 square foot efficiency apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette, a den area with a queen size sofa sleeper, a bathroom with a shower and a 55” TV that swivels. Amenities include a patio, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a pond for fishing, and a nature trail.

The private bedroom's amenities include modern appliances and antiques that complement the look of the home.

The apartment sleeps two. The living room is comfortably furnished, with a sofa (queen sofa bed), armchair, coffee table, lamps, window. There is an outdoor patio with table and chairs, as well as off street parking with a locking gate. A no parking sign is respected by our neighbors.

Circa 1834 brick row house with a ground floor suite with newly renovated full bathroom, small kitchen. It has a private street entrance and courtyard access. We are two blocks from the Convention Center. Please note we are not on a quiet corner in the Crescent city, during working weekdays it’s busy. Nights and weekends however are restful and relaxing. If any city noise is an issue for you though we suggest staying somewhere else.
