River's Edge - Private Suite

Our home is located in historic Louisa County in Central Virginia on a five-acre wooded lot facing the South Anna River. Richmond is 30 minutes away and Charlottesville is less than an hour. The entire lower level of our home is used for the Airbnb. (We live in the upper level.) The decor is "homey" with some personal items. Children, pets, and smoking are not allowed. The internet is fast and cell phones work with WiFi calling. Food deliveries are not available due to our remote location.

It boasts several indoor and outdoor spaces for friends and families to lounge, play games, and chat. Enjoy the expansive lake-facing deck, hot tub, hammocks, and fire pit. Indulge in a short 4 min. walk to the lake to enjoy the lakeside gazebo or get out in the water for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or boating.

5BR Lakefront Lake Anna, Hot Tub, Pool, Beach

Blue Lake Haven is a brand new lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. We fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. We recently added a hot tub, a large furnished deck with outdoor seating and dining, and a private boat dock and private beach area. The community has a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, beach, and boat slips available for use on a first-come-first-served basis.

Soak in the cedar wood burning hot tub/cold plunge. Unwind in your private Sauna. Relax by a firepit with a pizza oven (dough, cheese, sauce, pepperoni supplied). Find some peace along the natural spring in the mediation/breathwork area. Hike/Bike on the trails. Put your feet up for a lovely outdoor projector movie night. River Bend Retreat is a self-guided wellness retreat that allows 2 guests to destress, reconnect to nature, and truly experience deep rejuvenation of mind, body, and spirit.

Surrounded by the Jerdone Island Estate, our space is nestled on .9 acres with nothing but the wildlife, stars, and lake to accompany you during your relaxing getaway. A lake access home, .5 miles away from your private community area that includes a small beach, boat ramp, and other fun amenities to enjoy during the sunsets by Lake Anna. Our 3BR, 2BA includes an open floor plan and an abundant amount of outdoor amenities making it the perfect place for families, friends, and furbabies :)

This spacious house has lots of decks and plenty of light, with beautiful mature trees providing plenty of shade and sun. The back yard leads to a nice 220-foot waterfront, private dock, and PRIVATE BOAT RAMP ON THE PROPERTY. A sandbox play area provides endless fun for children. A HOT TUB has been recently added that offers AMAZING views of the Lake. A stone fire pit next to the shoreline invites everyone to enjoy s'mores, campfire stories and unforgettable family memories

Whole House - hot tub, game room, dog friendly

Beautiful renovated house on nearly an acre just two lots away from the water front. Indoors we have an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room. The garage is converted into a game room with pool, ping pong and more! Outdoors has a covered patio, hot tub, fire pit, grill, hammock, fenced dog area, and lots of seating. This is the perfect retreat for anyone wanting less noise, more nature, small town vibes, water sports and lake life.
