Cette maison de famille en partie du XVIIème siècle est un ancien moulin à eau. Elle se trouve dans un petit hameau en pleine campagne entre le Périgord et le Quercy. Les espaces extérieurs sont vastes, avec un petit étang à proximité. La nature environnante luxuriante , l'espace terrasse et cour offrent un cocon apaisant , entre vieilles pierres dorees des batiments et verdure des arbres , sous le ciel bleu ,promenade meditative , reposante ,calme , douceur , rythmee par le bruit de l'eau .

Idéalement situé à une vingtaine de minutes de la vallée de la Dordogne et tous ces sites touristiques mais également de la bastide de Monpazier ou encore à la frontière du département du Lot.
