Casa Statiella è vicina al centro città di Acqui Terme ed a solo 500 mt dalla zona termale e dalla sua grande piscina ed è un punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le ricchezze enogastronomiche, storiche e naturalistiche dell'Alto Monferrato. In un'ora d'auto è possibile raggiungere la riviera ligure oppure visitare le grandi città del nord Italia. Situata in posizione dominante (550 mt. sul livello del mare) si raggiunge tramite una strada non asfaltata appena rinnovata. In questo luogo magico non esiste nessun tipo di inquinamento acustico o luminoso, gode di una vista meravigliosa sulla valle Bormida. The Tana house is a delightful country house, nestled in the green hills of the Alto Monferrato (UNESCO World Heritage), between the valleys of the White Truffle, just minutes from Acqui Terme, ideal for family holidays and for relaxing holidays full of good food and wine in the area. It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

Residenza Della Bollente II

The apartment is located on the main square of the city in Palazzo Scati. Palazzo, founded on the ruins of a Roman amphitheater and pre-existing medieval buildings, belonged since 1614 to the Scati family, recognized as one of the oldest noble families of Acqui Terme. Thanks to careful restoration in 2025, all of the building's authentic elements were preserved. The building was declared a Special Cultural Heritage Site.
