Our home is located behind Santa Ynez High School. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors have farm animals so you can hear roosters, goats and our chickens we have in the back. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.

This is a bright and cheery modern Scandinavian flat that is very centrally located just one street off of the main drag of Copenhagen drive in downtown Solvang. Though it is very close to great restaurants, shops and wineries it is still quiet and removed.
