The yard is very lush with native oaks and flowers and there is a designated area for guests. We are located 2 blocks from the main boulevard which has many shops and restaurants. Just leave the car and walk to dinner.

Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.
