It's nice walk to the city. 1 km to the Ounasvaara ski resort and outdoor aktivities. Public transpotition is not very good (in this area), I can help you with the timetable. From the city center buses are running f.ex to Santa Claus Village. Best way to get around easily, is rent a car. I have a parking place for you.

Villa Pahta, More than just accommodation! PEACE!

A beautiful area only a 15 min drive from the city centre. Our cozy villa (280m2) is a unique place to spend a holiday near the city, yet in a very peaceful environment, surrounded by the wild nature. You can sit by the bonfire. Whenever the Aurora Borealis appear on the sky, it is easy to see them, because there is no artificial light other than the lights of the our villa. (much better than city centre) I also offer a real Santa Claus visit to my Villa for a small additional fee.

Ternu Forestvilla

You can enjoy the nature and scenery to the river during your stay. While you are enjoying the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi, you might have chance to see the northern lights. This mini house can accommodate 4 people comfortably but we have beds even for 6. It has full kitchen and living room with windows facing river, sauna, shower, toilet and two bedrooms with big windows facing the forest. Outside it has two spacious terrace's, one with jacuzzi. The building has just been completed.

Kultasärkkä

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Elf’s Retreat close to Santa Claus Village

Detta eleganta boende är perfekt för grupper och familjer. Har en dubbelsäng och tre singla sängar. Koppla av efter dagens snöäventyr i den nya bastun eller koka mat mat i det nya moderna köket. Lägenheten har även ett vardagsrum med stor TV för avkoppling, tvättmaskin och gratis parkering. Hela lägenheten är har renoverats 2025, då all elektronik också är förnyat. Mycket mysig och bekväm. Ligger nära Santa Claus Village och flygfältet och inte långt från Rovaniemi centrum.

Varustus sopii hyvin pidempäänkin majoitukseen. Sängyt saa yhteen tai erikseen, ilmoita kummin haluat. Halutessanne on mahdollista laittaa 70cm leveä ilmapatja sänkyjen lisäksi. Autopaikka on saatavilla. Se maksaa 5€/majoitus. Kaupunkilomalle tai työmatkalle sopiva majoitus.

Rova Apartments

Rovaniemen ydinkeskustassa sijaitseva turvallinen, moderni kahden huoneen huoneisto. Samasta rakennuksesta löytyy myös ruokakauppa. Rautatieasemalle matkaa on 1 kilometri. Linja-autoasemalle on matkaa 800 metriä ja lentoasemalle 9,5 kilometriä. Linja-auto #8 napapiirin joulupukin kylään kulkee 500 metrin päästä. Kaikki keskustan palvelut ovat asunnon välittömässä läheisyydessä. Kerrostalo on moderni ja hiljainen . Huoneistosta löytyy myös yksityinen sauna.
