The house is located in a small and quiet neighborhood, with a few restaurants and small groceries shops around. Almograve beach is less than 1 km away and it’s accessible by foot, with a nice pathway that ends at the ocean. If walking it’s in your plans, the Fisherman’s trail (Rota Vicentina) starts from here. It’s the ideal place if you’re looking for some quietness.

You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

It's equipped with a little kitchenette, with a two flame gas cooker and small fridge. It has a double bed 1,40x2,00m. Optional we have a camping bed if you wanna come with one child. Also There is a big outdoor bathhouse with warm water. Our place is at a 1,5km off-road track suitable for normal cars.
