The Roost

The Roost is a jewel in the heart of West Didsbury on Burton Road, a bustling area of shops, bars, restaurants . You could not ask for a better location. Very close to the tram and not far from the motorway and Manchester Airport. This hideaway offers a double bed with memory foam topper, sofa, kitchen, bathroom and a private garden. Beautifully clean and bright. Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and brew-making facilities WiFi & off-street parking are not provided.

Secure parking available for one vehicle. Ten minutes walk from huge swathes of Manchester centre. Bus stops outside for chorlton or Piccadilly. Deansgate train/tram is ten minutes away. As is Oxford road station. This is one of my homes and is not intended for parties.

It is part of our home but still private; you have access via the garden and the space is all on the ground floor. We have recently renovated the whole property so the space has been decorated throughout with a newly fitted luxury shower room and upgraded kitchen. You have the use of the south facing rear garden with three areas for relaxing and or entertaining.

A few minutes walk from the City Centre Northern Quarter. 15 minutes from Piccadilly and Victoria Stations. It's the first place I've lived where a block of flats has a great community feel.
