Excellent views of the lake with easy walkout and drive-up lake access. An abundance of recreational activities await you from fishing, boating, kayaking, hiking, biking and direct access to ATV/snowmobile trails. This is a special place that means the world to us and the perfect getaway for lasting memories.

Fisherman & outdoor enthusiasts dream place. 5 acres on Iron Lake for your family, friends, and dogs to enjoy. Ski Brule, snowmobiling, wildlife, hiking, and so many more things to enjoy. Very private. This lake is great for kayaking, canoeing,and fishing. You can swim off the dock,but there are some lily pads. The water is clear,but the bottom of the lake is mucky at shore. Great for dogs. Kayaks, canoe, & paddle boat available at your own risk. In winter, best to have AWD vehicle.

There is a private snowmobile trail that leads you to the 100 Mile Snow Safari trail system, from there you have access to 100s of miles of beautiful trails. When you arrive back from a long day on the trails or from the ice kick back in front of a fully custom fire place and enjoy a hot cup of coffee while watching your favorite movie.

The Ice House is a hygge-inspired vacation home with amenities of an upscale rental. Our home is newly renovated with 100 ft of private frontage on beautiful Ice Lake. Imagine your morning cup of coffee on the master bedroom deck with panoramic views of the lake. Upscale amenities include granite countertops, 4 smart TV’s, and spa-like finishes in 3 bathrooms. The Ice House is centrally located in Iron River close to Ski Brule and other outdoor activities enjoyed in scenic Iron County.

Our Breakfast at Tiffany House sits on Yellow Birch, has dock/water access for your toys, is a short walk from downtown shopping and events. Room for parking trailers, close to snowmobile/ATV trails and snowmobile/boat rentals! We supply 2 adult kayaks, 1 children’s kayak, 2 inflatable paddle boards, and life jackets. Come and Relax at this peaceful 4 bedroom lake house on Long Lake. Located on 2 acres with a very large lake frontage, you can enjoy being on the water while still relaxing in a very quiet setting. Take the kayaks or canoes (included in your stay) to go explore this beautiful lake or simply sit on the swing or near the fire for some relaxing times. Very conveniently located 5 min from downtown Wausaukee where you can find restaurants, bars or shopping amenities.

Step onto the deck to take in breathtaking water views, enjoy evenings by the fire pit, or venture down to your private dock for easy access to Chute Pond’s recreation. Winter guests can snowmobile right from the property or try ice fishing on the lake! Inside, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a combined living/dining nook, and a cozy loft add extra comfort.

Wintergreen on Boom Lake

This is a four season home. Enjoy our small ranch house with a walk out basement to bring you to the shoreline of Boom Lake, the heart of the Rhinelander Chain of Lakes (Boom, Bass, Thunder, Lake Creek, and Wisconsin River Flowage). It is considered one of the best fishing destinations in Northern Wisconsin. The surface water area is over 1700 acres with 35 miles of shoreline for boating, skiing, swimming, jet skiing, and fishing!
