The home sits on a hill 60 feet above lake level providing stunning views year-round. A short walk down the private gravel path brings you to the water.

Close to hiking, the Adirondack Experience, and just 2 miles from the village center where guests can enjoy access to the lake from a beach. Our family has been coming to Blue Mountain Lake for 6 generations and we are very excited to share our home with you!

There is so much to do, only minutes away. Visit the Wild Center, hike the Tupper Lake Triad, play 18 holes to mention a few. Spend your evening enjoying the fire pit. Professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. 3 day minimum stay between May and November. 2 day stay available upon request from November to May.

Our home is located off a private road in the town of Warrensburg. Our waterfront has no motorized boats so it is perfect for swimming, tubing, kayaking or canoeing and offers great trout fishing.
