Hike local trails, stargaze in near-zero light pollution, or sit by the fire pit with the mountains in front of you. The optional wood-fired sauna steps from the door is the perfect end to the day. Sauna available as a one-time add-on.

Walk to Long Lake for a swim or 15 minute drive to ski slopes, 30 miles to North Conway, 60 minutes to Portland or just walk the town of Bridgton to visit the restaurants and antique shops. If you like to snowmobile the (ITS) trail is 200 feet outside the back door. The Perfect vacation spot. The house has Wi-Fi (GIG Access) which is plenty of bandwidth for work or play. In the water! Two story boathouse. Originally built in 1939 and parked boats in until 1972. Converted to living space in the early eighties. The upstairs consist of a bedroom walk in closet and a balcony. The downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Walk out the door to the patio , dock , and beach! You won't find anything closer to the water! The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, thunderstorms, or sip your morning coffee. Watch the fish out the window!
