Welcome to our redesigned coastal escape in Seaside where comfort, style, and relaxation come together. Just five blocks from the beach, promenade, and near downtown, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of peaceful neighborhood charm and easy access to everything the coast has to offer. Reimagined in 2026 by an interior designer, it now features new furnishings, upgraded beds and luxury bedding, a stunning dining space, and beautiful decor throughout — creating a warm, elevated experience for all.

Spacious End Unit ~ Saltwater Pool ~ Beach Access!

Our spacious and bright two-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach at the end of Ocean Ave. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is a very short walk to the beach and ocean front path! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool area and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We allow early check-in if the unit is ready!

NOTE: outside painting work to be done from 7/6 to 7/31 Mo-Fr. Access to the porch is likely to be affected. Our luxurious 2 BR/2 bath condo is located on the ground floor in the Westport by the Sea complex on the beach. The condo is adjacent to the Westport Light State Park with a beautiful view of the ocean and beach grass dunes. The condo is well equipped with everything needed to prepare full meals, play at the beach, relax in the sun, go to the pool, play board games and feel at home.

The entrance to the beach is at the Westport Light State Park, only a 1/4 mile walk/drive away. It is also within walking distance of the Grays Harbor Lighthouse and less than 10 minutes to the marina.
