Twin Bedded room available to rent in a cosy, friendly and clean house in Leyton, East London. Location The house is in a quiet, residential area ideally located for visiting all parts of London and beyond. It is 5 minutes walk to Leyton tube station which is on the Central line with easy, direct access to Central London. 2 minutes to Stratford, the Olympic Park & Westfield shopping Centre, 10 minutes to the City and 20 minutes to the West End. 2 minutes walk to local bus services including night buses on Leyton High Road. Good links to all London airports including Stansted, London City, Heathrow & Gatwick and all major London Train stations are easily accessible by tube. Also excellent road links serving all parts of the UK. Local Amenities The local area has a variety of good restaurants, friendly pubs, supermarkets and shopping facilities. There are good local sports facilities in the area, these include a swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, golf range, ice skating and horse riding centre. There is a local park 2 minutes walk away and Epping Forest is close by. Accommodation The private room which is situated upstairs at the back of the house is light, airy and nicely furnished. The furniture is in good condition and consists of 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The room is fully carpeted. It would be ideal for one or two people sharing. Fresh towels and Bed linen are provided and changed on a weekly basis or when required. All other facilities are communal and available for guests to use. (The maximum number of people staying in the house at any one time is four including myself.) These include: Bathroom - on the same floor as the private room; it is fully tiled, with hand basin, toilet, bath and shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor of the house. Kitchen – This is on the ground floor and has a hob, oven, grill, and microwave and there is a breakfast bar to sit at if required. There is a washer/dryer also available for use. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for guests to use and there is ample cupboard and fridge space available. Living and Dining area – Also on the ground floor it is comfortably furnished with wooden flooring. There are 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, desk space, computer and wi fi access if you need it. There is a 46" HD TV, all Sky and cable channels available, TiVo box, DVD, blu-ray player and radio/CD player. There is also a small back garden and on-street parking is available on request. Other Info English breakfast, packed lunches and supper can be provided at a small extra charge. Continental Breakfast, tea, coffee and soft drinks are included in the price. There is also a small single room available for rent in the same house so ideal for a family of 3 or 3 friends sharing who want to spend time in London in good quality accommodation at a reasonable rate. Lovely terraced house situated 5 mins from Leytonstone High Rd in quite tree line road. On street parking is available. Easy access to Stratford, Leyton tube, and Maryland overground station. Half an hour walk to the beginning of Epping Forest, which is absolutely stunning all year round. Plenty of open space, and activities, Running,Horse Riding, Cycling, Walking, Fishing & Golf Course Fully furnished double room, duvet, pillows, towels, bedding and continental breakfast will be provided. Wi-Fi internet access Oyster cards can be provided on request, for you to top-up Our guest room is in our own home, which means we will be sharing the communal areas with you, Bathroom, Kitchen, Lounge/Dinning. Please respect that as we are working, we will need to use the communal areas early in the morning during the week. You are welcome to use hot drink facilities in the kitchen (tea and coffee will be provided) as well as the microwave. If required we can free up some space in the fridge for you. However should you plan to prepare rather extensive meals, please coordinate this with us beforehand. Travel adapters (for power sockets) and an ironing board with an iron if needed. Weather permitting, you can use the garden and enjoy the outdoor area. Please also note that we have a 9 years child and we would appreciate your consideration, especially during sleep times. Should you have any questions about London, transport, places to eat out, bars, etc, during your stay with us, we are happy to help and give some tips. Check-in and check-out times should be agreed with us in advance to fit around our flexible work times.

Studio with Kitchenette & Underfloor Heating.

This self-contained space is fitted with underfloor heating throughout. It’s only used for guests so the drawers and cupboards are mostly empty except for things for you to use – towels, spare blankets, cutlery, etc. The street is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. It’s less than 5 minutes to walk to the train stations - Forest Gate & Wanstead Park -and coffee shops. You can be at Oxford Circus in 35 minutes and in Shoreditch in 20.minutes. Please note there are no cooking facilities.

Our home is an eighth floor penthouse with spectacular views and lots of natural light. We are in the creative hub of the East End and ideally placed to enjoy and experience its rich and vibrant culture. We are a short walk (5 minutes) from Bromley-By-Bow tube station, which is served by both the Hammersmith & City and District Line. We are also very near Stratford City with it's superb transport links and world class facilities. The guest room has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

You have the first two floors of our town house.

We’d love to welcome you to stay in our beautiful house in London’s vibrant East End, a 5 minute walk from the Underground, giving access to all of the main tourist sites. You have sole use of the lower two floors of our townhouse. A large bedroom and spacious en-suite bathroom are on one level and a gorgeous kitchen and dining area which has a wonderfully welcoming feeling takes up the whole of the lower level. The super-king sized bed can be made up as two singles if required.

Beautiful room with private entrance in s/c annex

This is a small self contained ground-floor annex with its own entrance. There is a spacious light-filled sitting/bedroom and bathroom and a private front door, also a mini-fridge with tea and coffee making facilities and microwave in your hallway area. The flatlet is an independent and separate part of our family home. The king-sized bed is extremely comfortable there's a handy desk area, stylish wardrobe and relaxing seating. We're very friendly but offer complete privacy.

Lovely room in historic Walthamstow Village

I am offering a charming room on the ground floor of my home in the heart of the Walthamstow Village. There are two comfortable sofa beds, a small double (125 cm) and small single (82cm). There is a wet room with shower for your exclusive use. Three women share the house. We are all friendly and generally quiet. We are very close to historic buildings, the local history museum, restaurants and pubs, and the trendy Ravenswood Estate for drinking and entertainment.
