Self Contained EnSuite Double Room Free Parking

The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground.

A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Guest are welcome to use the gas BBQ

The room has it's own entrance door. It has a double Queen size bed, shower room and kitchen area (tea, coffee, cereal etc supplied) with fridge, microwave and single induction hob. There is a sofa, TV & table with two chairs. Our home is about a 15 minute walk to Claygate station. Trains direct to London Waterloo (35 mins) and Guildford. Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.

Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. Located in beautiful wooded area on outskirts of London: 20 minutes by train to London Bridge. Chislehurst station 7 minutes walk, or 2 minutes bus ride. Village has "old" and "new" part with boutique restaurants & shops incl. supermarket (10-15 minutes walk ). Near the station are Chislehurst caves, restored historic monument & tourist attraction from war time use as a bomb shelter. Around the flat there are beautiful walks , runs & cycling in Petts Wood. House has quiet garden.

Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.
