Außerhalb der Veranda befindet sich eine Holzterrasse. Das Leitungswasser schmeckt gut und ist von sehr guter Qualität. Eine holzbefeuerte Sauna gehört zum Grundstück. Das Rauchen und das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist nicht gestattet.
