Fruita farm adventure

Come enjoy the quiet farm life with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. You can adventure all day and relax at the fire pit in the evenings or challenge some friends to a game of horseshoes !! Located just on the edge of Fruita and close to hiking, biking, and trail riding. A horse corral is available for use during your stay and plenty of trailer parking. There is also a water sports park and dirt bike /atv trails near by. Come and stay a while with some ambition to play!!

Pace Homestead Suites

Relax in the comfortable guest house attached to our home, designed to make you feel right at home with all the amenities. The property is 35 acres of beautiful farm land and views of Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa the largest flat top in the world. Enjoy the cows , horse and deer grazing. Hawks and Eagles flying. Sunsets from the porch with a firepit. After a day of touring, biking, playing in this beautiful valley; you'll feel very relaxed and pampered with your vacation stay.

Hit The Hay Farm Bunkhouse

This farmhouse, built in 1948, is on a working, regenerative crop and cattle farm. It is near the dead end of a mile and a half dirt road. There are unobstructed views of the Bookcliff Mountain Range to the north and no other houses in sight. The house is surrounded with a spacious yard perfect for picnics and games. This is a very rural space only 10 minutes from downtown Fruita, and the 18 Rd. desert bike trails. Ask about having some farm raised grass finished beef to top off your stay!

Great house with a fantastic backyard. We are 2 blocks from downtown Fruita and all the great restaurants and amenities. We have a locking shed to store your gear and bikes. Just finished remodeling and updating the entire place. We are close to 18 Road trails, Kokopelli, and Tabeguache. Under 10 miles from both entrances to the National Monument. Enjoy a beautiful hour drive to Powderhorn Ski Mountain and the Grand Mesa! The pet fee covers one dog!
