Offre una spaziosa cucina collegata direttamente al salotto, una camera matrimoniale, una doppia e due bagni di cui uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia. Si accede direttamente dalla terrazza privata affacciata sul cortile. La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico e tutti i siti più belli della città a piedi ed il capolinea dei bus urbani è a soli 5 minuti.

Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! The idylic house is surounded with concrete bunkers (one with a sauna place* and second with selected wines) built by Italian army. Carefully selected interior, with close attention to local, natural materials and hand made furniture, creates a welcoming athmosphere.
