The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers and pets are very welcome and stay at no extra charge. There are many activities in the area for the outdoor enthusiast and Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Built in 1888, Cats Castle sits in two acres on the seaward side of the A814, just beyond the western edge of Dumbarton. The property has wonderful views down the Firth of Clyde. Cats Castle is close to Glasgow, Helensburgh, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. The castle comprises three reception rooms, all with working fireplaces, a family kitchen, pantry, and five bedrooms, including the turret bedroom on the top floor. Suitable for family holidays or special occasions.

Picturesque Old Smiddy Cottage

Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

We built the cabin to a high specification, it is in the middle of the forest with incredible views down to the loch, a burn running close to the front door and all the hill walking and wildlife around you that you would expect in Scotland. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, living/dining room. Perfect for nature lovers, hillwalkers and anyone looking for a space to decompress and disconnect for a while.

Immeroin Farm, Balquhidder. Comfortable, unique, traditional farm workers house. Go back in time and enjoy the peace and quiet in the hills of Immeroin. Explore the scenery and observe the wildlife. Self Catering. Towels, bed-linen, toilet paper, hand soap, washing up liquid included. Shampoo, shower-gel and personal toiletries are not. Another thing to add in view of the new Scottish legislation: we are fully licensed.

Cabin In Luss at Lochlomond

Great getaway cabin on the Banks of Loch Lomond, fantastic views of the loch and surrounding mountains. A great base for enjoying the many water sports available on the loch, hill walking or simply a relaxing break. We have recently changed the cabin to a self catering accommodation. It now compromises of a kitchen and separate seating area, fully glazed to enjoy the loch what ever her moods! New pictures will follow.
