Unwind at this art-filled, newly renovated townhouse minutes from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Two king bedrooms with smart TVs make for a great getaway for two couples or a small family. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen or grill on the private patio. The basement serves as a lounge and office space and is equipped with a TV, sofa, desk, laundry room and full bath. Walk to the community pool or hit the courts for a game of basketball, tennis, or pickleball with provided equipment.

1 King Bed. 1 Twin air mattress rollaway (plz req rollaway) Washer/Dryer for your use. Wi-Fi Fiber. Sep. fenced backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of our main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Does have couple of steps.

Newly Renovated Studio with Peaceful View

You will love your stay at our newly-remodeled Grandview studio. Our space has its own entrance and is fully stand-alone. It has a great view overlooking a large back yard and treed field. The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen including coffee maker, (w/ tea and coffee), fridge/freezer, convection oven/microwave, pots, pans, utensils, dishware, glasses, and double hot plates. Please note: This is a lower level apartment. You will probably hear some normal living noise from upstairs.

Come relax in this 2 bed/2 bath cottage and enjoy the privacy of an 800 sq foot single family home. Master has queen bed and it's own private bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. A queen size aerobed mattress is provided for extra sleeping room. Has a 50" flat screen TV equipped with Netflix/DVD player. Kitchen has granite counters and is fully stocked to make any great meal. Dining table seats 4 and kitchen seats another 3. Backyard with fire-pit. Pets welcome. Yard is only partially fenced.

Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

Nested on 3 beautiful acres of fenced land. 4 bedrooms (3 with ensuite), fully equipped kitchen, projector, fire, bbq, plus more! This property is located near multiple event spaces making it ideal for small gatherings or enjoying the countryside. Kids and pets alike with love the vast outdoor space to roam and play. There is a charming train that runs the backside of the property making for a unique and fun backdrop. A fantastic dog friendly brewery is within walking distance.

Studio Guest House

Enjoy Southern OP in this quiet neighborhood. Our studio guesthouse has a full kitchen, TV, a new a/c/heater, and google fiber internet. In case you get lonely, we have 2 friendly dogs always looking for attention. We are about 45 minutes away from the Kansas City airport, Kauffman Stadium, Arrowhead Stadium, the KU main campus, and the Harry S Truman sports complex. We are 10-15 minutes from the Scheels soccer complex. Overland Park has plenty of Kansas barbecue and shopping.
