In the heart of Llandudno, walking distance to two beaches and town. Stunning Snowdon mountains are only a few miles away with the many attractions of North Wales available within a short car ride. Train and bus amenities nearby. A variety of restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk, but not so close as to cause noise!

The tram and cable car to the top of the Great Orme are nearby, as is the beautiful West Shore- perfect for a peaceful walk along the Conwy estuary or a day on the beach.

The house is in a great central location with easy access to great local shopping and the sea. We're biased, but the house is a great space to hang out and have fun together.

The apartment is one of five flats in our family home, we occupy two and the remaining two are long term lets with a single tenant in each, and we are in general a quiet household.
