Auf halbem Weg zwischen der Innenstadt von Houston und den Stränden von Galveston gelegen, sind es nur wenige Minuten zu vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, wobei Kemah Boardwalk und das Nasa Space Center nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt sind. Ein gewundener Bach durch das Grundstück, mit Hühnern und zwei Pferden, die auf der Weide grasen. Viele Schafe, Schweine und Esel nebenan. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.
