Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

Guests can walk to the nearby sandy beach or they can enjoy the superb views of Livadi & Livadakia Bay from the property's terraces in a quite and peaceful environment.
