The apartment is attached to the house but has its own entrance without going through the main house. Private bathroom and shower included. New kitchenette! I installed HD satellite TV with a Roku and DVD player so you can access your Netflix account, Hulu, YouTube or whatever other entertainment platform you prefer. There is a Lazy-Boy sofa couch that folds out into a quee-size sofa bed.
