Use the salty beach bikes, kayaks, canoe, jump off the dock, build a (responsible) fire in the pit, or relax on the patio. This cozy downstairs suite has its own entrance in a private home. Just 15 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from the beach, the home is part of a bird sanctuary and waterfront community. The private community boat ramp is across the street and at the end of the block giving you easy access to the Vernon River. Bring your kayaks, canoes or motorboats and explore the salt marsh and barrier islands of Coastal Georgia after sightseeing in beautiful Historic Savannah.

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.
