Relax and unwind in this 100 year-old stand-alone cabin nestled in the hills above one of the most interesting neighborhoods of Silverlake/Echo Park. Light the indoor or outdoor fireplace and take advantage of the well-equipped patio. Watch a movie in the stylish living room or curl up with a book in the charming interior of this sanctuary cottage just steps away from the city. Just up a hill, but 5 mins from everything and near highway 5 & the 2.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

A 500 sq. ft artist live/work studio featuring a kitchenette, bathroom, closet, and access to a beautiful California-style garden. The studio has an open and airy feel, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. It is a clean, comfortable, and creative feeling space with everything needed for a long or short stay. It has a private entrance from the street and direct access to the garden with a picnic table, chairs and benches.

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
