Basic kitchenette in the sunroom with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dual burner hot plate, and a table and chairs. Free laundry service is provided upon request.

This is a small, cozy, safe, clean, and fully restored one-bedroom 1926 cottage in the backyard of a home in the Historic Hillcrest Neighborhood. It is perfectly designed for 1 guest or a couple; has its own kitchenette, a full-sized bed, and a 100 year old footed tub w a shower. Guests must walk up 3 steps without a handrail to get into the cottage. Must be 21 or older to book. A cot can be brought in upon request but it is a tight fit. Please see photos with cot in space.
