The Loft in Lititz, voted "Coolest Small Town in America," sits atop the headwaters feeding the famous Lititz Springs Park. This private, industrial-chic getaway is perfect for couples or a small family. In an old factory built in 1865, on a quiet street, the 5-unit residential building is now called Walnut Springs. It is 2 blocks to Lititz square, close to rail-to-trail from Lititz to Ephrata, large windows, heart of Amish country and close to Lancaster city. Enjoy park views & comfy charm!

The cottage is located on the property of an 1860's Farmhouse with lots of character and charm. In the spring and summer enjoy the beautiful flower gardens on the property. Enjoy relaxing on the covered patio and take in the views of the surrounding farmland. A short 5 minute drive will take you downtown for shopping, restaurants, Wilbur Chocolate, Lititz Springs Park and more!

Centrally located to lots of Lancaster area hot spots (Spooky Nook, Hershey, etc). Visit with our resident goats and enjoy coffee on the spacious patio or porch.

Covered Bridge Cottage

Located on a farm in the heart of Amish country and amid one of the largest concentrations of antiques in America, we are central to many attractions, yet quaint and secluded enough to provide a relaxing retreat. The Covered Bridge Cottage started out in the 1800’s as a mill office and over the years was converted into a home through several additions. The house has been in our family for close to a century and it was our honor to restore it to a comfortable, energy efficient, durable home.

The Barn in Lititz (4bd, 1bath, great for groups)

Venture into our barn turned modern guest house with an attached indoor half-basketball court! The Barn is nestled between the Forbes Top Ten Rated Lancaster downtown, the quaint town of Lititz and the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. Come and go as you please with your own private entrance and parking lot. We are excited to show you why we love it here!

You would be staying in the back of our home on the lower level overlooking Chiques Creek w/private entrance. Free parking in front of house. The suite includes 1 bedroom and sleeps 4. One bedroom has Queen size bed, 50” LG Smart TV, Couch, & Chaise lounge. The kitchen has dishwasher a table w/6 chairs and a King Coil Queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 more guest, private room. : Pa Turnpike-7 min. Hersheypark-32-min Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire is16 min. We do allow pets.

Lititz Suites on Main Unit H

Lititz Suites on Main is the perfect blend of country and chic, located right on Main Street in downtown Lititz! Our suites have airy 10ft ceilings, we’ve kept things cozy with overstuffed chairs and sofa, and a gas fireplace and flat screen TV in our living room. This house has a full size kitchen, stocked with all the items you need! Two bedrooms each with their own TV and bathroom, will make your stay extra comfortable.

Historic 1813 Guest Suite - Downtown Lititz

This historical guest suite is within a house built in 1813, and is just a few blocks from the many shops and restaurants for which Lititz is known. The guest suite has its own entrance. The space consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with corner shower and built in cabinetry, and an efficiency kitchen (mini refrigerator with freezer, sink, counter top area, cabinets, toaster, Keurig, and table for two).

Swallow Cottage Private Suite

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
