Clean, bright studio apartment in the charming village of Old Wethersfield. Stroll to cafes, village green, historic homes and museums. Minutes from I-91 with easy commuting access to downtown Hartford, business and tourist sites, universities, and Hartford Hospital/CCMC. The studio is an in-law suite above our garage. It is attached to our home but has its own keyed entrance. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower over tub, closet, queen-sized bed, kitchen table/chairs, and workspace.

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance. The early American farmhouse is highlighted by a darling kitchenette, hot steam shower and original MCM furniture. We live on the other side in this year 1800 eyebrow colonial. Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. A slightly longer drive will take you to to the beautiful shoreline, Hammonasset Beach State Park, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos!

This light-filled space with its own private entrance. There is one bedroom with a king-sized bed, spacious living room with table for meals, a large TV, a refrigerator stocked with bottled water and 1/2&1/2 for coffee, microwave and coffee maker with coffee pods are provided. WELL BEHAVED dogs are welcome. Poop bags are provided. You will hear the train as it travels through town. There are several places to eat nearby.
