Located in a private, quiet country neighborhood with little traffic. This 530 Sq. Ft. studio apartment has an additional 10 Ft. x 20 Ft. deck/balcony out front overlooking the Celo Valley with a spectacular view of the Celo and Black Mountain ranges (see photos). This apt. has its own private entrance. Sorry, we must maintain a no pet policy, no exceptions.

Farm View Cottage is a sweet two bedroom one bath small home that sits on a knoll overlooking mountains and our pastures. The cottage offers you privacy and a quiet place to relax. The location finds you just seven miles from Asheville, five to Black Mountain, and three miles from Warren Wilson College. You are close to hiking trails, local breweries and an eclectic choice of Asheville eateries. Biltmore Estate is 20 minutes away. For longer visits there are nearby grocery and pharmacies.

Cabin in the Clouds is a beautiful, one bedroom vacation home in a secluded, private community that's very quiet and has been renovated in 2023. The bathroom was completely remodeled, new living room furniture, new marble top dining room table, refurbished bedroom, new floors. There's a beautiful view from our porch that has deck furniture and propane grill. Inside is an open layout with open beam ceiling and pine paneling. Black Mountain is a quaint vacation town, you will love this place.

Enjoy your relaxing studio cottage on the Linville River. You will enjoy a queen size bed, free WiFi, Smart TV (w/ premium cable), fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The main bed is a queen but there is a queen pull out couch to accommodate additional guests. You can comfortably and easily accommodated 4 guests. We’ll provide the linens, pillows, blankets, and towels that you’ll need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

This vacation home offers a large kitchen, family room, beautiful scenery and a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy the nearby stream, the summer mountain air or the beautiful fall colors. Enjoy easy access to Roan Mountain State Park (just minutes away) and local attractions. BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE NOTE PUP FEE IS $12 PER PUP PER NIGHT. CLEANING FEE IS $35 THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE, OUTSIDE ONLY! THERE IS NO CELL SERVICE AT THE COTTAGE.

The cottage features are Open concept Living Room with Sectional Sleeper sofa that can be rearranged in multi functional uses, Gas Fireplace, Fully updated kitchen with eat at Island for 4, Separate Bedroom with a King Size bed, built in closet with desk space, Large Bathroom with walk in shower, 2 Rock Sink basins. Tv's are located in the Living room and the bedroom.
