Das Guesthouse steht auf einer grossen privaten Anlage und abseits von Hotelanlagen in Pefkos/ Rhodos/ greece. Das Haus über 2 Etagen besitzt eine grosse Terasse mit eigenem Pool und Meeresblick. Das Haus hat ein SZ mit begehbaren Schrank und angrenzendem Bad. Es gibt 2 WCs und ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Essplatz und Coachanlage (ev. zusätzlicher Schlafplatz). Der Pool mit Gegenstromanlage kann alleine benutzt werden. Das Auto kann auf dem grossen eingezäunten Grundstück abgestellt werden
