This remodeled little home is one of the closest to Hawks baseball field, The Haymarket, Pinnacle Bank Arena, Devaney Center and Memorial Stadium and within 2 blocks of the three pedestrian bridges that take you to that area. Main/first floor laundry room equiped with brand new samsung washer & dryer. There is a garage that's not accessible at the moment, I apologize for this inconvenience. Along driveway that can park 3 midsized vehicles. A completely fenced-in smaller backyard with an all seasonal back patio for you to enjoy.
