Marge’s Place, our newly renovated in-law suite is a private, fully furnished apartment adjacent to our home. With a private entrance, you can enjoy a quiet country setting and plenty of space to relax while visiting Midcoast Maine. The suite provides an open floor plan for the living space with full laundry. We are 20 minutes from Rockland, Rockport, Camden & Damariscotta. Newly renovated summer of 2022, you will enjoy an remodeled bathroom, new flooring throughout, and new kitchen appliances.

This unit is a separate guest suite in the basement of my home. You have a private entrance with parking right near the entrance. Kitchenette has microwave, full sink, toaster oven, hot plate, crock pot, fridge, coffee maker, dishes, and ample counter space/cabinets, and gas grill (NO STOVE). Property is in a quiet neighborhood on Little River, with kayak access at the community dock. It's a quiet neighborhood in East Boothbay but near everything the Boothbay Region has to offer!

Our two story in-law suite is relatively new. This one bedroom is perfect for a family or a quiet romantic retreat. Located on 8 acres of very private pristine Maine landscape. 10 minutes to Bath. 19 minutes to Popham beach. 30 minutes to Freeport. 45 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to public boat launch. Unfortunately, as much as we love furry family members, due to health risks for our family we are not able to host animals including service dogs. ❤️ 🐶 🐈‍⬛ 💕

This is the perfect spot for adventurous travelers who want to explore the Midcoast of Maine like a local or for creative folks to unplug and focus on their craft.

In the summer we have bicycles to use on the rail trail and kayaks for the Kennebec River. Year round hot tub. Downtown is just a block away where there are numerous restaurants and pubs with live music. Hiking trails & waterfalls nearby.
