Finding Joy

This lovely apartment is above our garage. You can come and go as you please. We have created a place for peace and solitude. Sit on the deck or look out the dining room window and see the woods and wait for the birds and wildlife that may be wonder through the yard. There is coffee and tea available, along with basic breakfast supplies, if you wish. Keyless entry allows for you to come anytime after check-in. Please note, you have to be comfortable with stairs to access the apartment.

This special place is close to almost everything in Boothbay Harbor, making it easy to plan your visit. Our beautiful semi-secluded property has several outside decks and is only a ¼ mile from the Footbridge & the new Eastside Waterfront Park. This very cool venue has a new bath, kitchenette and a queen size bed in the large bedroom, a full-sized bed in the sleeping loft & a queen size pullout couch, being able to comfortably sleep up to 4 adults or 5 with friendly smaller people.

Welcome to The Osprey Nest! Our riverside retreat is a classic Maine camp turned family run B&B / super cozy rental. It’s our 11th season! We are open June thru September. We book ONE party per stay. If you are a couple, the whole place is yours! If you are a family, the whole place is yours. Dreamy! The rate is $295 nightly based on a 2 person occupancy with stocked breakfast staples for “self serve”. This rate does not include the 9% ME state tax, cleaning or service fees.

Hi speed WIFI. Stay for a night, a weekend, or as long as it suits you. You’ll be hard pressed to run out of things to do. Rates for the Honeymoon Suite is $185.00 per night. Maine lodging sales tax is 9% ($16.65) . Pet Fee is $ 25 per night. No cats.
