Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

French doors open up to the private patio where you can chill, bask in the sun, or sip your morning cup of Java. Comfortable queen bed and luxury linen. The bathroom is small (shower, toilet and sink).

A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee. Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.

In this 1 bedroom, 1 loft, 1 bathroom cabin you'll have the ability to go from sand to sofa without worrying about parking or avoiding crowds. With your private jacuzzi and all the necessities to make our cabin your home, you'll find yourself wishing you could stay. You'll enjoy access to all the amenities that the upscale community of Olivia Beach has to offer! Dogs welcome for an additional fee.

The deck and fenced yard are the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring all Lincoln City has to offer.
