Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. Our place is close to the beach, parks, great views, restaurants, dining, art, and culture. You’ll love our place because of the coziness and the neighborhood. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Additional $75 cleaning fee for dogs. Please notify us when making a reservation if you are bringing a pet. No keys to lose or to return! We provide secure keyless entry to the home.

Irwin's Beach House

One block from the beach with all the amenities of home. Comfortable setting with televisions both upstairs and downstairs. Great island in kitchen for cooking or game night. Relax in the sun on our side deck or patio below and enjoy a tranquil sunset on our front deck. Family environment. No smoking inside. No parties or events. Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Parking is limited to two cars.
