Once settled, relaxing with wine glass in hand, you notice the beauty: the huge oak, hummingbirds, crimson-capped woodpeckers. And then you say, “Aahh, peace.”

This private suite has a separate entrance with screen door, kitchenette & bathroom. The Bedroom has a full size bed with quality linens and a 4” Memory Foam topper, fireplace, ceiling & floor fans, t.v., futon & closet. Kitchenette offers the essentials, electric hot pot & skillet, small refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal & microwave/air fryer oven. The “spa-like” bathroom boasts an overhead rain shower head & removable wand combo, a teak bench, shower essentials & fresh linens.

Perfect weekend getaway for families and friends. This newer built property features over 2,000sqft of amenities including two separate living rooms, PacMan arcade, work from home office, and exercise elliptical. Come relax at the tranquil backyard garden equipped with outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and fire pit. Close to Thunder Valley, golf, Hard Rock, Toyota Amphitheater, wineries and breweries, and shopping at the Galleria. En-suite bedroom and garage will not be available to guests.

Ranch Guest Suite

Peaceful, quiet and private guest house on 20 acres near the town of Penn Valley in Nevada County, California. Our place has a remote feel but is only 25 minutes from Grass Valley. This is the place to relax, be in nature and/or visit the nearby historic towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Ananda Village, the West Coast Falconry, and numerous wineries. Do note that this guest house does NOT have a kitchen, only a small frig and a microwave and a hot plate on request.

The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.

Cozy Tiny House in the Sierra Foothills

This hosted rental is the perfect little getaway in the country. It is located on a mini farm complete with goats, chickens, dogs and a huge garden that you will have access to and is close to ALL the outdoor activities you can think of including hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, hunting and more. We are minutes from world famous trails, 10 minutes from the river, and an hour from the ski slopes. There is just so much to do right outside of our doors!
