CIR 017187-CNI-00029 Our comfortable villa is located in a private park, next to a peaceful river. It is surrounded by a lovely patio with chairs and table, Tv, Wifi, Full equipped kitchen. There is a 3rd room available on the basement with a private bathroom, available for reservations with 5 or 6 guests or under explicit requests and with an extra. The great beaches of Lake are minutes away, walking and mountain bike excursions are waiting in the surrounding hills and mountains.

Residence in the historic center of Malcesine with roof garden overlooking Lake Garda. Restored and furnished with fine decorations keeping the medieval atmosphere, it is at your disposal for an unforgettable stay. Also described by Goethe: "all alone in the infinite solitude of that corner of the world". The house is located in the historical center a few meters from the castle of Malcesine. All the old town is only pedestrian and can only be reached on foot.

It consists of one bedroom (with double bed), a living room (with a French couch-come bed), dining area and kitchenette. bathroom, ample balcony with lake and darsena view. It includes washing machine, wifi and fire TV with Prime Video. With the apartment you get free access to two bicycles!! City tax 1€/person/day not included.

Rustico Bertel, house of 17th, lake view, hot tub

Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.

Grazioso appartamento di circa 45mq al secondo piano. I tre balconi offrono una vista unica sul porto e la chiesa storica di San Nicolò (le campane non suonano). Camera matrimoniale e divano letto matrimoniale in soggiorno. Parcheggio privato gratuito disponibile a 500mt. La casa può essere raggiunta solo a piedi. Tassa di soggiorno 1€ a notte per persona.
