The accommodation is self-contained annex with private access and off-road parking. Central heating, Wi-Fi and smart TV are just some of the facilities available. The accommodation is newly fitted to a high specification.

A remote, 200-year-old stone barn converted into two self catering cottages, retaining the open facade of the original building, situated on the Gotten Estate . Hidden at the end of a country lane, tucked away at the foot of St. Catherine’s Down, a mile inland from the south coast of the Isle of Wight, in the middle of an AONB. Ideal for walking or cycling. The Bird Hide is ideal for singles or couples (max 2 people) interested in exploring the local area with its own garden and separate access. A comfortable double bed, seating area and with it's own dining and inbuilt kitchen, it offers all you need for a short stay. It has a separate bathroom, as well as on outside decking area to catch the evening sun. The Bird Hide is 5 minutes walk from Freshwater Bay, even closer to footpaths to the Downs and the local village via the SSSI trail.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

Cosy self contained studio next to, but separate to our family home located on the outskirts of Newport. 20 minute walk to the town centre and local amenities. 10 minute walk to the historic Carisbrooke castle and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. We are on a bus route. Private access to the property and free on street parking. Studio 114 offers a double bedroom, bathroom, kettle, toaster, microwave and mini fridge, TV, free Wi-Fi and small patio space with table and chairs.

Cottage anglais du 16iè siècle, tout rénové avec accès sur un grand jardin fleuri. Notre maison est sur le même terrain donc nous aurons le jardin en commun. Nous sommes à moins de 5 kilomètres de la mer. Notre petit cottage est une excellente base pour visiter la New Forest et ses chevaux en liberté à l'ouest (à 30 minutes), Portsmouth et ses bateaux historiques à l'est (à 20 minutes), ou Winchester, l'ancienne capitale d'Angleterre au nord (à 25 min).

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
