Ideal para recorrer el cerro a pie. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros y viajeros de negocios.Es un lugar muy íntimo,especial para enamorados.

Bed sofa is comfortable but i would say it is for One adult or a very in love couple or two children. Large Terrace, parking space and access to buildings pool (same floor level) and barbecue spot. Proximity to small restaurants of Concon. The Apartment has its own parking.

Heritage value house with incredible bay views.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
