You’ll enjoy a beautiful outside living area complete with fire pit, sitting area and front porch chairs to sip your coffee overlooking the farm. Plenty of grass & open area for your pet, small kids or just to take an evening stroll around the farm.

It's great for reconnecting with family and friends. The open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. You can relax around the fire pit Note: Owners reserve the garage for personal use only; it isn't accessible to guests.

This newly remodeled home is on 4 wooded acres in Pittsboro. It is one mile from Chatham Park, and close to the downtown shops and restaurants. It is convenient to drive to Jordan Lake, Fearrington Village, Chaple Hill, Apex, and Cary. Chatham County is one of the fastest growing in the state, but Pittsboro retains it's historic and eclectic roots. We are pet-friendly, with a fenced in backyard.
