Our dog friendly, modern two bedroomed bungalow (next door to our family home) is situated on a country road. Two large bedrooms, one with an en-suite, one large bathroom. Large light open plan dining/living room with french doors onto the south facing, pet safe garden, equipped with patio area with seating. The kitchen has oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces. Outside enjoy field views and meet our lovely animals.

The Hayloft, Dog Friendly Quiet barn for two.

A dog friendly, barn conversion situated down a quiet country lane, a perfect pace to relax and unwind. The living space is an open plan kitchen, diner and living room with an adjoining boot room and downstairs toilet. The ground floor is limestone tiled with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The stairs lead to a mezzanine style en-suite bedroom which can be either a king size bed or a twin room heated by radiators. The kitchen has Oven, Hob, Dishwasher and Fridge with an Icebox.

Newly furnished character cottage situated in the small hamlet of Woodhouses, just a few minutes drive from the historic cathedral city of Lichfield. The property has a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living area with large corner sofa, smart TV, wifi and dining table. Separate double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. Sofa converts to double bed for 1 adult or 2 children and extra mattress or a travel cot available to accommodate an additional child. Private parking for 1 vehicle.

Tilly Lodge is set in a beautiful village with a lovely pub, fabulous garden and great food just a 4 minute walk away.

The Willows - Hillside Huts - *brand-new August 2025* Our charming, The Willows Hut, is our latest addition, joining The Oaks Hut on our smallholding in rural Derbyshire. With a shared driveway, its own dedicated parking & private enclosed garden, it is situated in a secluded spot enjoying stunning countryside views. Little Ash Shepherds Hut

Completely immerse yourself in nature on a working arable farm. Our beautiful luxurious shepherds hut is located in pasture land under an ancient oak tree. It is secluded and your views are unspoilt by neighbours. The hut is located just outside the lovely cathedral city of Lichfield, fantastic for history but also eating and drinking. Our large shepherds hut has mains water and electricity, a king size bed and log burner. You can be at one with nature but in comfort and style .

The Coach House

The Coach house is a self contained apartment within a village setting,which benefits from a local convenience store. It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. There are many attractions close eg Calke Abbey, The National Forest, Staunton Harold and National Arboretum We provide a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk, eggs and preserves

Conveniently located for the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with it’s Castle, country walks on the door step with the added bonus of a local Public House (The Black Lion) selling a selection of real ales, across the lane. This makes this the perfect place to explore the National Forest and everything it has to offer. Charging of electric vehicles by prior arrangement only, at an additional cost. Pets, you must inform us of breed prior to booking.

Our cosy Farmhouse Annex provides the perfect country escape for couples, solo travellers, family with a baby or pet parents! The self contained annex is equipped with everything you might need to stay comfortably for a night or longer. Make the most of our outdoor space including garden dome, hot tub and one acre pet friendly garden. Afternoon tea now available to greet you on arrival, just ask us for our menu when you book.
