There are 3 beautiful bedrooms all with kingsize beds, one converts to a twin, all with ensuite bathrooms. The large private garden has a luxurious wood fired hot tub with spectacular views over the fields. Nearby are lots of things to see & do, so take some time away, come & relax at The Dairy.

Recently converted into a one bedroom tiny quirky cottage which is perfect for a cosy romantic break, or a breath of fresh air in the beautiful forest with all it offers. Willow Corner Cabin

The Willow Corner is a quite and relaxing spot located on a small farm on the edge of a field giving a lovely view from the hotub. It has a double bedroom with central heating and space to put your feet up and enjoy some films, it has kitchen diner and bathroom furnished in a rustic modern style. The outdoor space take centre stage with a Hot tub heated to 38c. It has a sheltered outdoor cooking and dining area with gas bbq and pizza oven, an open fire area to sit around campfire style.

The Willows - Hillside Huts - *brand-new August 2025* Our charming, The Willows Hut, is our latest addition, joining The Oaks Hut on our smallholding in rural Derbyshire. With a shared driveway, its own dedicated parking & private enclosed garden, it is situated in a secluded spot enjoying stunning countryside views. Enjoy the most magnificent sunsets as you kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Bring your wellies! There are many countryside walks from the from the doorstep!

The Highland Hut

Located in beautiful countryside, with its own private wood burning hot tub and fire pit, as well as four furry faced friends to keep you entertained, the Highland Hut cannot be beat when it comes to having a relaxing break. Honey bee, Coco, Arnold and Bertie are our gorgeous highland cattle that live in the field opposite the hut. (Don’t worry, there is a fence to keep them from joining you in the hot tub!) They really are incredible and will make your stay here one to remember.

Corner House is located in its own 0.75 acre plot with stunning views within easy reach of the market town of Ashbourne.Within 20 mins of the Peak District this contemporary conversion has the best of both worlds also being close to excellent local facilities including a country pub, and great restaurants and Grangefields and Osmaston wedding venues. The private rear patio benefits from a hot tub a bbq and a dining set with fire pit table, perfect for warm summer evenings.

The Deere Pod

The Deere Pod... a brand new luxurious glamping style pod with a hot tub. Designed to offer a quality and comfortable stay when retreating to a countryside location on a farm. Two bedrooms that will sleep four (a king size bed and twin singles), a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), living dining space and shower room. Outside there is the enclosed private decking area where you'll find the hot tub to relax and unwind and the chimenea ideal for BBQs.

The self contained annex is equipped with everything you might need to stay comfortably for a night or longer.
