Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σκαρφαλωμένο στην πλαγιά, πάνω από την παραλία της Ροβινιάς, με θέα καταπληκτική που συνδιάζει βουνό και θάλασσα. Ακολουθώντας το ιδιωτικό μας μονοπάτι (350μ) μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τα γαλαζοπράσινα νερά της. Σε απόσταση 600μ από το κέντρο όπου βρίσκονται, εστιατόρια, μπαρ, καφέ, σούπερ μάρκετ.Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από όλες τις παραλίες των Λιαπάδων. Απόσταση πάρκινγκ, αυτοκινήτου 150μ, μοτοσικλέτας 50μ. Ο χώρος μας είναι ιδανικός για όσους αγαπούν τη φύση και την χαλάρωση.

Ιδανικό για μικρής και μεγάλης διάρκειας διαμονή, καθώς έχει όλο τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό για μια άνετη και ασφαλή παραμονή.
