Aire acondicionado en el salón y en el pasillo de las habitaciones. Situado en el mismo paseo marítimo. Servicios básicos en las inmediaciones. Se puede llegar al puerto de Cambrils por el paseo marítimo peatonal (3 km). Del 1 de junio al 15 de setiembre, no solemos aceptar estancias inferiores a 4 noches (consultar antes de solicitar reserva).

It has 4 bedrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, a garden with a barbecue area and parking for 2 cars, wi-fi. All on a single floor.<br>Villa Magnolia has been completely renovated in 2021. It is a very comfortable and cosy house on a single floor right by Crystal Beach, in the most prestigious area of Miami Playa - Pino Alto.

Unser Haus befindet sich in einem privaten Komplex in Pino Alto, 2 Minuten vom Strand und 10 Gehminuten vom L'Hospitalet de l'Infant entfernt. Wenn Sie aus dem Bett aufwachen, sehen Sie das Meer. Das könnte das Beste im Haus sein, aber es gibt noch mehr. (Ich erzähle weiter unten). WICHTIG: Im Haus gibt es eine Mobile Klimagerät, die sehr gut funktioniert, aber keine zentrale Klimaanlage.

Gli ospiti potranno usufruire di un’ampia terrazza completamente vista mare, ideale per godersi pranzi e cene cullati dalle onde del mare.

Rompe con tu día a día y relájate en este oasis de tranquilidad.Casita en la montaña a 8 minutos de la playa, con enorme jardín, porche, pequeña piscina y bbq. Desayuna mirando la montaña y escuchando el sonido de los pájaros. La casa cuenta con una alarma antiokupas con fotodetector en el garaje (sector cerrado y fuera del alquiler)un volumetrico sin lente ni cámara. Debido a los últimos incendios las bbq están prohibidas por ley de junio a octubre Aceptamos 1 mascota por alquiler.

The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

There is a swimming pool to cool off and have a little swim, which was part of the traditional irrigation system .The landscape is part of “Serra de Llaberia", a perfect enclave for wine lovers. The vineyards belong to the DO Monsant and is situated a few kilometres from DOQ Priorat. Within 50 minutes from the beach and an 1h from Port Aventura. Ideal for a family fun day out.
