In der Nebensaison und zum Überwintern gelten Sonderpreise einschließlich Ölheizung. Touristensteuer und Stromkosten werden separat lt. Stromzähler abgerechnet. Ein Haus, in dem NICHTS fehlt - nur Badetücher für den Strand bitte mitbringen.

In the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one restroom and also a terrace. The access to the second floor is independent to the main floor. The beach is just 4 minutes walking distance from our house.
