You can watch the sunrise AND sunset from the living room or 600 sq ft deck. There is a hot tub, 2 kayaks, shuffle board & private dock.

Private upper deck to the 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath suite with Open Kitchen, Living & Game Area w/ large flat screen TVs, Pool, Ping Pong & Foosball table. The entire upstairs is your private area w/ views of the lake. We offer boat tours. Fees apply.

This house is also only 15 min from Lake Murray, 30 min to Columbia, SC, 40 min to Fort Jackson, a short 1-hour drive to Augusta, GA. (NOTE: This is a non-smoking/vaping home. Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

There is also great fishing from the dock and on a boat. This will provide an unforgettable vacation!
