Just 3 miles from I-5! This historic building was built in 1905 & served as the towns Confectionary and later a grocery store. We spent 2023 transforming it into a little slice of the Wild West (with a twist) full of antiques, & fun decor to make you feel like you’ve traveled back in time but with all the modern day comforts. Pull up a stool in the Saloon, or gather ‘round the poker table & enjoy music from a 1900’s player piano. We also have a fun arcade room, a jail for fun photo ops & more!

Avalanche Lily Tiny House, Quiet Getaway

For the same price as a local hotel, this tiny house, tucked back on a private quater acre in Packwood can be yours. Surrounded by endless recreation, go out and explore or stay local. All the comforts of home in a cozy space. Wifi, Queen bed in loft, full size bathroom with shower and on demand hot water. Enjoy the firepit and propane grill. In addition to our vicinity to breathtaking hikes, we are walking distance to the Nisqually River and a 5-minute drive to Copper Creek Restaurant, a local favorite. Amenities include a brand-new hot tub, WIFI & TV, wood burning fireplace, vintage records, fire pit, washer/dryer, frequent visits from our local deer, and 1/2 an acre of privacy.
