Al piano superiore vi è l'appartamento grande, con la zona giorno cucina/soggiorno, due ampie camere da letto, due bagni con vasca e doccia e tre balconi. In particolare dal terrazzo della zona giorno si domina il lago con le tre isole, qui è possibile pranzare godendo del panorama.
