L’alloggio indipendente si trova nella cascina ristrutturata annessa a una villa padronale del 1882. Si compone di un ampio locale di circa 50 mq in cui trovano spazio un letto matrimoniale e due divani letto (una piazza e una piazza e mezza), uno spazio dedicato al lavoro da casa e un tavolo da pranzo; di una cucina, un bagno e una zona spogliatoio dotata di doccia.
